Very nice Proenza Schouler Perforated Leather Knee-Length Skirt sz 2. The skirt is beautifully detailed with perforated accents at the sides. The skirt is marked a size 2 and fits true to size. While the waist is 29", this skirt sits lower on the hips and could possibly go for a size 4, it all depends on the hips and how you like the fit.
Waist is 29", hips are 34" and length is 20"
