Many items are new with tags. Items must be returned in like condition (i.e. tags attached, etc.) In general, most sales are final, but I do do refunds if items have material defects that were not declared. It is a tough policy, but over the last decades I have had a lot of Buy-N-Trys (people who would buy and item, wear it out for a weekend) and then return it. A little obvious when I live in a smoke-free home and the item comes back smelling like a bar.
