I have owned a a Prius since 2004. I started with a 2001 Prius because there was a wait to buy a new 2004 Prius. I have now owned a 1st, 2nd and 3rd gen Prius plus sold thousands of 12 volt batteries for hybrids and rebuilt many hybrid batteries for dozens of Prius and Lexus owners.. From experience I use engine cleaners at least every 100k miles. (engine & cat life!) Prius before 2012-13 Toyota used reduced tension rings that clogged up around 100k miles. So important!
I also sell a book on eating raw food based on the book We Want to Live . I have been eating at least some raw food for the last 20 years. I am now 74 and can still hike mountain trails. I definitely feel better when I eat raw food. When I get blood tests my doctor can not find anything wrong with me. Sometimes when I visit she hardly orders any blood test saying you always test within range. In terms of diet books I also recommend i Toxic Superfoods /i . My eyesight definitely got better when I cut out the oxalates.
