Description Beautiful true vintage ILGWU label skirt suit has matching skirt and jacket. Fabric is heathered gray and is absolutely beautiful. I estimate this to be from the late 1960's to 1970's, and the style is classic, elegant, timeless, and still wearable today. Skirt is mini length and A-line style. Back zipper and hook, belt loops. Jacket has shawl collar and one button. Long sleeves, one breast pocket, 2 front pockets with flaps at the hips. This is fully lined. Condition is previously owned true vintage, condition is consistent with age and light, gentle use. Well preserved, still perfectly wearable. The paper tag on the inside of the skirt is faded and unreadable, but the tag on the inside of the jacket is still readable, as well as the ILGWU label tag. See photos. Jacket Bust is about 19 inches measured on the outside, about 18 inches inside, so this would fit up to about 36 inches at the bust Hips are about 19 inches across Sleeves are about 21 inches from shoulder seam to cuff Length from shoulder seam to hem is about 23 inches long.
