Item description
For your consideration, from my sil's sewing room, a vintage sewing collectible that was made by Roleff Plastics Inc. of New York, USA. This black plastic mannequin measuring tape stands approximately 3-7/8" tall and the tape measures 36". It is in very good shape for its' age, there are no marks or scratches however, there is one small chip in the side of the bottom cap (see picture above).
