Returns:

1. Item described as New or Refurbished has a 30-Day Return and Refund Policy in case it doesn’t meet your needs. To make it easy, we keep a journal of product codes and other invisible protection marks.

2. Item sold as Used is final sale and a return is available only if it is defective upon receipt or it does not match the description.

3. Sale of items sold as For Parts / As-Is is final and a return is not accepted.

4. In general, a return of an item showing signs of use by the buyer, missing accessories, or missing product branded packaging will not be accepted.

5. Unless the item is defective upon receipt or there is a major fault in the description, shipping will not be refunded.

6. In the very rare event that a shipment arrives damaged by the carrier, the buyer will send us photos and documentation. We will do a refund and also file a shipping insurance claim.

7. If buyers are arranging their own transportation or pickup, the risk shifts from the seller to the buyer at the time of the pickup, and no refunds will be provided.
