Richard Serbin Vintage 1980?s Signed Couture Brooch And Earring Set. Same or next day shipping. Description Couture Bling-Bling~ costume jewelry brooch and clip earrings signed R. Serbin, who designed jewelry in the 1980's that was sold in Neiman-Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue and Bergdorf-Goodmans. The brooch features a large faceted heart shaped crystal that is set in a gold plate. Topped with a crown flanked by wings and is in mint condition. The matching earrings feature the same size matching hearts all surrounded by clear rhinestone accents. The brooch measures a whopping 3 5/8" wide by 2 3/4" high and earrings measure 1 1/2" wide by 1 1/2" high. The gold plating is in excellent condition and all stones are present, there is no chipping to the large heart crystals. There is some tiny spotting on the mirrored back of one of the earrings. Wonderful set with major Bling appeal!!
