This is not a traditional high speed camera. It does not record to RAM, rather it is designed to stream video to a VFG - Virtual Frame Grabber on a computer to capture the 4k video streaming from multiple CXP-6 CoaXpress channels and stitch the streams into a single video. The advantage is that you are no longer limited to capturing videos of only a few seconds, rather you are capable of streaming minutes or possibly hours of high speed video, duration being dependent on the size of the drives (RAID, etc) used.
