This is a nice set of two old brass andirons for your fireplace (see photos). The andirons are made of Yellow Brass that can be polished by you to a bright and shiny finish (see photos). The andirons have wrought iron rear legs (see photos). The andirons are old and they are from a nice estate. The andirons are not marked by a maker (see photos). I do not know the maker or the country these were made in, but I would guess that they are American in origin (see photos and decide the age, the origin and the maker). The andirons in total each measures about 19 inches high, each is about 18 inches from the front edge to the back side of the iron rear leg and each is about 9.5 inches wide at the feet in the front. The items have some wear (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item). This is a nice set of old Chippendale style brass andirons to add to your collection.
