• All returned products must be in its original condition, include original manufacturer packaging and accessories
• All products sold in factory sealed packaging must be unopened and factory seals must be intact
• All returned products will be reviewed to confirm the condition and eligibility for a refund
• All products returned for refund in a different condition than sold are subject to a 20% restocking fee
• All returns must be securely packed and shipped in an appropriate shock resistant packaging
