This is a New, never worn skirt and it is in very good condition. It is hand made in what I would consider to be size Small Child. It has an elastic waist but is not lined. The body is Purple with Blue Green Sparkle and White Ribbon around the bottom. It measures as follows laying flat and doubled. No rips or stains. Please email me if you need anything else.
