It is made for Lincoln by Philips. This is just part of the navigation system. The wiring, screen and other components should already be in your vehicle. If the factory DVD nav drive in your 2002 Navigator no longer plays, loads or ejects DVDs, this may be the answer to your problem. Simply match it to your number. If it's the same, you're in business. This is not a normal stock item. Consequently returns are not accepted for any reason other than functional defect and, even then, your only option would be replacement with the exact same number.
