Our return/exchanges policy applies to the following condition.

The products are damaged or corroded caused by production or transportation.

If the customers find any stones/diamonds or any part of the items not correctly described on the website such as found synthetic stones/imitated diamonds instead of genuine stones/natural diamonds.

Buyer with return requirement must contact us within 14 days after the item is received.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost, custom taxes/local duties.

Item must be returned in unworn and resalable condition.
