We offer returns or exchanges for up to 30 days (USA) from the date of purchase. Products can be returned to exchange for a different item of the same value, minifigs can be exchanged for another, be they similar or not, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following conditions to returns:
All Cobi building kits must be unopened in good condition
All items need to be in original packaging with all original parts and pieces
Shipping fees will be paid by the customer
When Packages are “undeliverable” and refund is requested, only the cost of the items will be refunded.
Once the return has been received and verified, the appropriate exchange or refund will take place within 7 business days.
