Return and Exchange for Damaged or Defective Items:

We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect before authorizing a return or exchange. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and the availability of the item.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a damaged or defective item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item for any reason other than damage or defect.
