Very possibly never used (see photos). I tested the card and via the Quake timedemo 640x480 benchmark under DOS, and also booted into Windows 98se. I've been putting systems together since the 90's, and work to preserve known good parts like this one. This is one of many items from a computer store that closed in 2003 and has been carefully stored since then. It's been a unique experience reviewing this inventory- like wading through a giant time capsule!
