I do my very best to work with my customers to create something you will love to own, but should it happen that you are not happy once you receive your item, please contact me to see if there is something I can do to make it right. If you decide you still want to return your item, I do not pay for return postage, unless the problem is do to my error in some way, but I do accept returns, and exchanges, and offer refunds of the purchase price only, please contact me first, about the problem, you must pay the postage to return the item, you can ship by whatever method you prefer, it must be returned within 30 days of the “delivered” date on the tracking information, and in the same condition that I sent it in. If the item is sent after the 30 days, without prior arrangement, but is in acceptable condition, I will retain 15% of the refund. If the item is returned damaged in anyway, I will not issue a refund nor send back the item. If you wish the damaged item sent back to you, you must pay for shipping to send it back to you. Thank you.
