These handmade copper earrings are a linked chainmail design with a faceted amber Czech glass bead wire wrapped in a herringbone pattern. The ear wires are also handmade out of copper wire. Add 1/4" to the length and $2 for each additional set of links. Copper - I use natural 100% copper wire to create copper jewelry items. It is not treated with a lacquer or wax. Copper naturally oxidizes over time and develops a patina. Some people love that look and some prefer to keep it shiny. Slow the oxidization process by wiping your copper jewelry with a soft clean cloth before and after each use to keep it clean. You can easily clean oxidized copper jewelry and return it to bright and shiny by soaking it in a mixture of lemon juice and salt for 30-60 seconds, rinse with water, and dry. Try it with a penny.
