The traditional design of simple rectangular shape pendant requires very good quality jade raw material to fulfill. This one is made from a piece of Hetian white nephrite pebble jade, which with super fine texture and high density. Even though it is not bright white, its soft white is very clean and even. Some yellowish spots and cotton white spots could see on the side surface. The yellowish spot is the natural vulcanized colour we deliberately reserved, because it is the evidence of the identity as a cobblestone nephrite. The natural cotton like white spots are just natural form textures, which is also the evidence of jade without any treatment. * Another remarkable feature of this pendant is its clear cut carving. Even the carving is simple, it requires very good technique to carve such a hard and high density nephrite into this kind of straight and smooth shape. The Chinese character on it means safe and sound. The image of the animal is Dragon and flying dragon, which enhancing powerful energy.
