All of our merchandise is in excellent condition. We do not sell anything that is in disrepair. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase within 24 hours of delivery, we will gladly take it back. Items that have been damaged in transit will require pictures to make our claim to the shipper.

All orders are shipped with insurance against loss or damage while in transit. We use US Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS Ground for our shipments. Should your order be received in damaged condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We need pictures of the damage in order to file a claim with UPS. You will be refunded in full, including postage, for any merchandise damaged while in transit; you will not be expected to wait for a UPS refund.
