For returns made within 14 days of purchase for reasons other than defect, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

For non-defective returns, a 20% restocking fee will be applied, and items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Electronics, jewelry, watches, and similar items damaged by the customer after receipt are not eligible for return.
