At 3DVortex Art, all our products are custom-made, tailored to the individual specifications of each client. As a result, we do not accept returns once an order has been completed.

1. Pre-Delivery Inspection Process
   Every product undergoes a rigorous quality control process before shipment to ensure it meets the technical and aesthetic requirements specified by the client. Any discrepancies or defects are corrected prior to delivery, ensuring that the client receives a fully functional product that matches their expectations.

1. Exception Conditions
   While we strive to ensure the quality and integrity of the products throughout production and delivery, in the unlikely event of a major error or damage occurring during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will review the situation and determine, at our discretion, whether a repair, replacement, or other solution is appropriate.
