Hi and welcome to Robin's Nest! This is one of the prettiest ornaments! Not sure what's on the inside, but it's covered with ribbon and made to look like a pine cone, then very nicely decorated with small poinsettias, holly berries and leaves, lots of greens, and finally, finished off with a shiny gold bow and beautiful little bird! Entire ornament is about 5" x 3-1/4" with an additional 4" gold elastic hanger. In very gently used condition with no defects that I can find. A very unique and captivating ornament that will grace your tree for years to come! Sorry, stand not included.
