Item description

Brittle newspaper page, I think it is only what would be the front and last page of the first section. It has been in plastic wrap on some cardboard apparently a long time, that plastic is now all falling apart. It will be folded over loosely for shipping, I'll take it off the cardboard and box it at that time. Paypal or by mail. Available to US only, not worth shipping out of the country. So to make it easy, shipping is included in the price. Brittle but ought to hold together well enough until you can get it into a frame if that is what you want to do. Has some potential, two American war heroes pictured right in the middle. Headlines and stories are optimistic based on what we know today about how the first six months of war in the Pacific went for us, this is a document of a nation clamoring for information. We can almost hear them saying yes we are shocked, we are angry, we want to do something about it but what and where and when?
