These shoes have never been used, never been worn and do not have the box. However, they have been stored for a while, so there's some shelf wear- hence the description of new with defect. Please see photos for details and feel free to reach out. These are lovely 4" heels, but I have stopped wearing heels since 2020. I am working from home and am not used to them. Now some gorgeous heels will be up for sale since it's a shame I won't be wearing them. These are on trend with metallic finish and honestly, metallics are classics.
