This is for the CZ-101 synthesizer, and possibly other Casio models with mid-sized / half-sized keys. This type is the uppermost C key on the keyboard, different from all other C keys. These are NOT full sized keys, but the smaller sized keys that are half the size of full sized keys. I have a couple of these rare keys and they will replace a broken or missing "TOP C" key on the CZ-101 and possibly other models.
