This antique Chinese Altar Table is hand crafted with Manchurian Ash Wood. The "Relief" carvings of traditional Chinese design of "Double Flying dragon" ornately decorate the front of the table. The side panels of the table are nicely carved with a "lotus and basket" design. The wood plank used for the surface of this table is more than two inches thick, and it is one single plank of wood (seamless). The table is crafted with wooden pegs and a tenon structure; which is the very traditional craftsmanship for furniture making in ancient China. The table can be used from both sides.
