Impulse sealers apply a brief impulse of heat to close the bag and provide a durable seal. This impulse hand sealer has a 5 mm seal, ideal for sealing products that are 8 mil thick or less. It is important to understand that a heat sealer with a cutter should be used for poly-tubing. Another rule of thumb is to purchase a sealer that is 2 inches larger than the widest bag that needs to be heat sealed. The extra inch on each side of the bag will allow a strong seal and faster operation. Impulse hand sealers create excellent air and watertight seals on plastics such as polyethylene, polyurethane, polyvinylchloride, polypropylene and other heat sealable materials. A foot sealer should be considered for moderate volume applications and a band sealer for high volume. Warranty Product Warranties All new products have Full Manufacturer's Warranty. Unless specificly stated, Refurbished products might carry Full Manufacturer's Warranty or only a limited 30-90 days Warranty (please ask before you buy). Unless specificly stated, used products carry no Warranty but can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns / Exchanges Refunds 30-Days Return Guarantee 1. Returning/Exchanging If your product arrives defective or damaged, try refusing delivery from the Carrier. That will allow us to ship a replacement unit quickly. If refusing delivery is not possible, contact us and we will send you instructions for the return/exchange. Please do not return a product until you receive the Return Authorization (RA#) and instructions from us, as the product might end up lost if returned without an RA#. In such case no refund will be possible. 2. Time allowed for Returns If you need to return a product for any reason, you can do so but you have to report the issue and request the return within 7 days of receipt and the return has to be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of the original shipment to you. After 30 days you will need to contact the Manufacturer directly for Warranty Repair. 3. Condition of Returns In order to make a return, the product must be in NEW condition, with the ORIGINAL BOX, all the Accessories, Paperwork and Packing Materials intact, exactly as you received it. 4. Shipping Handling Costs If the return is due to our error, we will pick up the product at our expense. If the return is for any reason other than a fault of our Company, the actual shipping and handling costs (both ways) will be your responsibility. If you do not like a product or no longer need it, this is not considered our fault and we will not issue a shipping label for the return. If you ship the product at your expense please insure it for the full value of the order. 5. Restocking Fees If the return is due to our error, the product was damaged in transit or DOA (Dead On Arrival), no restocking fee will apply and we will refund 100% of the item's price. If you refuse delivery or decide to return a product because you changed your mind, no longer need the product, have buyer's remorse, found a cheaper seller, you don't like the product or the product doesn't fit your needs, a restocking fee will apply: Any unopened item in original condition: We will refund 80% of the item's price. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts or original packaging for reasons not due to our error: Depending on the condition of the item received, we will refund from 50% to 70% of item's price or we could also return the product to you and not refund anything if the product is in bad condition or missing important parts. 6.
