Tastes like Oreo it doesn't curve my appetite. The packaging follows up and down and when you try to open the container that paper slides up and down and makes it hard to open. I just wish it curved my appetite. I drink my shake for breakfast at 7:00 then I have one by 10:00 about 11:30 I have to eat some vegetables and chicken and then by 2:00 I'm starving again.
