Great. could not believe the price.

This is my favorite bluetooth device, comfortable to wear (can't even tell its there), volume is excellent, easy to use, good battery life. Would recommend (and do) to everyone.

My husband and I both have one of these and have been very pleased.

One issue i have with these is that the flat profile of the hook bites into the rear of my ear, and I have yet find a good way to heat it enough to bend it the necessary 5mm to make it comfortable.

I'm sure to find it, or take it to an optometrist and have them bend it over their frame heater.

Another problem is the nature of the product, they are so small I frequently lose track of them.

They weigh almost nothing, and if the earhook is aligne, you hardly know that it is there--which can lead to absently wiping it off your head.

The volume buttons are "subtle" which means it takes a bit to learn where it is...it would be improved with a raised dot on one end so you could feel it--I added that with some cyanoacrylate.

Highly recommended. I have two 5220 units and alternate them. I am an attorney and the unit is absolutely essential for all telephone and computer-video conversations. A single charge usually lasts me a full day.
