Moms choking on these smaller AREDS. I was hopeful since they named them "mini"that that would be small enough. She choked on the larger ones. I really don't remember the size of the larger ones but these are also too large.

AAA+++ I take these capsules twice a day and so does my husband. They are recommended by my Opthamologist (spelling wrong, sorry). Very easy to swallow because they are gel caps. I think this product is good for aging eyes and even start younger for good eye maintenance. If you already have problems with eyes this is just a good addition to any health plan.

Our eye doctor recommends we take these twice a day. He is watching both of us for glaucoma. It has kept mine from progressing for 3 years! I highly recommend older adults to take these vitamins to preserve their eye health and retain their sight!
