Ladies quickly discovered this makes a nice face cream. Originally I was thinking of babies and the elderly with their delicate skin and wanted to provide them with a moisturizer that would be easy to apply. Some like it for a hand moisturizer but if your hands chance to be as dry as mine you will likely prefer the Jewel Lotion Bar. The goat on the label is my little Jewel goat, the gentle friend, with the little chicks lined up on her back. In cold weather the adult chickens liked to warm their feet on Jewel's back as well. Jewel did not seem to mind at all, but rather enjoyed it I believe! There is no goat milk in this product. I want to keep my products all natural. Adding raw goat milk would necessitate adding other ingredients which are not natural.
