Teenage friends watch a videotape that supposedly makes their phone ring and a ghostly voice tells them they are going to die after so many days. The aunt of one victim, newspaper reporter Naomi Watts, determines to find out the truth about the tape and its origins.
Starts out with a bang and then becomes a mystery on the investigative path before reaching its fantastic conclusion. Great long-hair-girl-ghost-of-death story for which the Japanese have become famous. One of the better re-makes of J-horror films.
