It is the 1989 printing of the 1988 edition, and has a copyright date of 1988. The booklet is in good condition, with only light wear at the corners and edges. The staple binding is good, and all 70 pages are intact and in good condition, although there are some places with hand written notations throughout the booklet and on the cover. There are also some light stains on the cover and pages, and the cover, both front and back, are a little scuffed up. It is a very nice vintage boy scout booklet, and a great addition to any merit badge series collection.
