Each page has a written scenario with blanks for nouns, verbs, adverbs and adjectives and which only the moderator sees. The moderator fills in the blanks with words from the players, then reads the resulting story out loud with usually hilarious results. This Mad Libs was never written in. All the pages are clean. There is slight soiling on the front and back covers.
