Description
Hello:
This is a nice vintage oval serving platter with scalloped edges and gold trim at outer edge and edge of platter area. The maker was The Canonsburg Pottery Co. Made in the USA. The green back stamp indicates, "Keystone, Made in USA, Canonsburg Pottery Co". The pattern name is "Lejean", and it is a luxurious bouquet of country flowers. There is a wide inner band, and the scalloped edge is also gold trimmed.
This is an oval serving platter. It measures 12 inches long and 8 3/4 inches wide. It is 1 1/4 inches tall.
There are no chips or cracks. The gold is worn in some places noting this piece has been used. In the last picture I tried to show the use marks that show up in the main part of the platter. The platter has to be held at an angle to be able to see them. This is a beautiful piece that can either still be used or put up for display.
