Item description
This is a big, fun lot of vintage postcards. This lot has mostly USA travel postcards / roadside Americana - including motels and hotels, but also Valentine, Easter, and holiday postcards. There are also several Canada postcards, and one from the Bahamas. Most of the cards are standard size, but the last few pictured are continental size (larger) cards. The majority are sent and in good used condition (please enlarge photos to see in detail). Some are unsent. Two of the Valentine cards (cherubs/Cupid) have residue and marks on the backs of the cards. One of the George Washington cards has heavier wear and a tear at one edge, and the other Washington's Birthday card has blurry eyes (a printing issue, from long ago). The holiday cards are early 1900's vintage. The travel postcards are primarily 1950's - 1960's chrome cards, but there are a few linen cards mixed in as well. You get all the cards pictured.
