Lady Elgin. Separate seconds. 10s 15j Model 3. Made in 1871.
GREAT PART FOR YOUR RESTORATION PROJECT!
Condition: NO CRACKS IN THE PORCELAIN FACE!! One chip between the 4 and 5 spot. have no way of testing the movement. The main spring does spring back when gently moved and is centered. SEE PICTURES.
