Some assembly is required to place the landing gear and/or wheel well covers in place, as well as the weapons on the wings and fuselage. This is quite simple, but one needs to be very careful and patient. The cockpit canopy can open and close to allow for placement of the pilot figurine, however, one also needs to be very careful when moving the canopy as it is very fragile and the movement is barely enough to insert the pilot in place.
