These dress pants are in good used condition. There are no holes or stains that I found. The buttons are in tact. The zipper works well. Measurements are approximately: Length: 39 inches Inseam: 31 inches Waist: 16.5 inches. Rise: 9.5 inches. They would make a nice addition to a wardrobe.
