All items are new and with original packing Customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are not 100% satisfied with the item, we are more than happy to take it back. The item should be in original packaging with tags, must be unworn and sale able condition. A full refund will be issued on receipt of returned item. It is buyer’s responsibility to choose and pick the right shoe size, we follow international shoe size guide. If you are not happy with our product for any reason, which is very unlikely. We will provide a full refund, (subject of our return T&C). If a customer orders wrong Size (Joint Circumference), they will pay for the return Postage Charge. If you need a specific size which is not in our size guide, you can request us by email. Please note these products are handmade. Therefore, they will differ Slightly from each other and from the Pictures Shown. We are a UK based company, but our manufacturing unit is in Pakistan. Therefore, we do post form Pakistan and UK. We will only post once we receive the payment. We do not work on weekends and bank holidays.
