You can return your item for any reason within 14 days of the order date for refund. Replacements are also available at your request. In the case if you do not receive the item we will replace the lost order. If the tracking number shows item was delivered to the correct address and the item was lost after delivery we will replace the order for free. Refunds in these cases are only available with the police report.
