NOT a complete radio! It is the control-display board that goes behind the face. The face is not included. Just the control-display board you see in the first two pics. This would be used if your current display is burnt out and/or you have lights out behind buttons and don't want to spend the money for a new radio. (Not to mention the associated programming that would come with a new radio.) Your VIN is stored in memory in your radio, so installation of this part will not require programming, unless there is something wrong with your radio. See the INSTALL ADVICE section below for installation pointers. This is new. It was removed from an assembly line leftover radio we have in such quantity, it would take too long for us to sell all of them as complete units. This is a very problematic part, so we decided to part the radios out and offer this separately. It includes a 90 day warranty, for your peace of mind. This board was found in up-level am/fm/cassette radios in the vehicles listed below. It can also be used in am/fm/cd/cass and up-level am/fm/cd radios in the same vehicles but please note there is no bulb for the cd eject button or guide lights for the CD slot, since those things were not present on the cassette version we are selling. Likewise, there is no bulb behind the RDM letters on preset 3, since there is no random feature for cassette playback. Obviously none of these things impact your ability to use this board. And we've priced it cheaper than the CD board, so it is an excellent way to save some money. APPLICATIONS This display control board can be used in the following vehicles, with up-level cassette, up-level single CD, or CD/Cassette radio: Aztek: 2001-2004 Bonneville: 2000-2005 Grand Am: 2001-2005 Grand Prix: 2005-2008 Montana: 2000-2003 Sunfire: 2000-2003 Vibe: 2003-2008 (with GM radio only) Your radio has the VIN in memory, so it should not require programming after replacing this part unless there is something wrong with the radio. INSTALL ADVICE Installation is pretty easy. The very first thing you MUST do is unplug the radio from the vehicle or disconnect the negative battery terminal and let the radio sit for at least 30 minutes!! To dis-assemble it, you will need a regular screwdriver to remove the bottom plate, a 3/16 nut driver to remove the cassette drive (if applicable) and a 1/8 nut driver to remove the display/control board from your face. You need to disconnect both plugs for the board BEFORE removing the face. They are both under the bottom plate, under the cassette drive (if applicable.) You will also have to pull the knobs off the face before removing the screws holding the board to the face. (Make sure the front of the face is pointed down when you do this, as the buttons can fall out the back once the board is off.) Then you will repeat in reverse... ABOUT US: We are NOT a salvage yard.
