Navajo Sterling Silver Concho Belt Arizona Turquoise Storyteller Native Symbols This is an absolutely incredible Turquoise and Sterling Silver Storyteller Petroglyph Native Symbols concho belt by Navajo artisan Tom Ahasteen. This gorgeous concho belt was made with heavy gauge sterling silver ancient petroglyph images of the Navajo Bear paw, birds, turtles and the Yeibichai, among other things. The images were overlaid on top of oxidized German silver for the stunning contrast. In addition, around each overlaid image are genuine hand cut Sleeping Beauty turquoise cabs and hand stamped designs. The sky blue color of the turquoise is simply amazing! This fabulous concho belt features a buckle, eight conchos and nine butterflies. The buckle measures approx 3" x 3-1/2", the conchos are about 2-1/2" round and the butterflies are 7/8" wide x 2-3/8" long. Comes on a genuine 48" black leather belt.
