This is a Vintage TIE CLASP with a Dangling BLUE GLASS OPALITE CABOCHON GEM CHARM on the CHAIN!
This is the type of tie clasp that has an open work design for the clip.
Dangling below a goldtone chain is connecting to both ends.
There is a charm in the center. It is an open octagon goldtone metal with a center round cabochon. This gem is made of glass and is a very pretty blue that has the color sheen of Opalite!
