This delightful picture book has a hidden mouse to look for, in every illustration.
The tale begins with a boy who is turned down to go on the hunting trip with his father and the tribe for being too young. The boy, Jujo, then sets out to spend a night alone in the jungle, where he encounters a sneaky snake, a hungry wild cat, and a huge creature. Jujo discovers loneliness, courage, and intelligence.
Ludy's business/artist card, with a self-photo on one side and art samples on the other, is laid in.
Fine in glossy color illustrated boards; in a fine dust jacket that mirrors the cover illustrations.
