She is a Water Sprite and is most vibrant and happy near a body of water. She is a cheerful, carefree, lovely Fairy. She can almost never be seen. She moves at such a rapid speed that even the lights or mists that she emits when manifesting are often too fleeting to see. However, you can sense her presence when she is nearby and she is wonderful company. She often brings other Fae around, which is always a pleasure. They are gregarious, joyous, playful Fairies.
