There is no such thing as a scam with a factory radio. You have to make sure the model# of your original matches the one you are buying or it wont program. This is explained in the listing and you can always message us if you are not familiar with how the item you purchased works or need any help. We never had any communication from this buyer.

It was not pictured or advertised with a face plate to being with? Why would you think we throw in other items that are not described or pictured? The vehicle was not included either :)

That is absolutely false and we have all the back and forth emails. Mr John purchased the incorrect model# and said he got such a low price that the cost to ship it back made no sense. He sent pics of his original which was completely different and we offered him the model he needed at the same price.

Well, as explained in our listing, these radios are part# specific and since your vehicle has PREMIUM SOUND, the radio you purchased is not compatible with your sound system. That is why you have no sound. You need one that is compatible with your amplifier. Always buy a radio by model# or you run into these issues. The radio is perfectly fine and you can return it or sell it to someone who needs that model, but if you want sound, you have to buy a premium radio and not the base model one.

I have no idea what you mean. We always accept returns. Our phone# and contact info is in every package we ship. If you buy the incorrect model for your vehicle, chances are...it is not going to work for you. That does not make the product bad because due diligence was not done before buying an item. However, we accept return even if the buyer makes a mistake. Just reach out. Communication is a great tool!

This guy ordered it, waited until we shipped it and then send several messages every day asking to cancel the order. We replied nicely to every single message telling him the order had already shipped and he could setup a return and Im not sure if he does not speak or read English or what the issue may be, but he just keeps asking to cancel and using curse words in messages.

The buyer never bothered reaching out to us for help. This was sold highly discounted because the face is cracked and loose in the bottom corner. We provided all of our contact info and never received an email or phone call from the buyer asking for any help.

It wont work if its not the same model as your original, this is explained before it was ordered as well. It is very important to do your homework on parts before purchase, they do not all interchange just because of vehicle.
