Seller response: This customer requested a full refund but wouldn’t return our Medical advice back. We explained to her many times the return process, she completely disregarded returning the item & opened another case with PayPal in which PayPal instructed her to return the product for her to receive her refund. It took this customer 3 months to return the item after using it for free. She eventually got her money back after keeping this medical advice for 3 months.
