It is practically impossible for a buyer to make a purchase without Bonanza clearly giving the shipping charges along with taxes included with the total. Somehow this buyer claims that additional charges he had was not authorized again impossible with the bonanza system. As a courtesy we made an exception to our no cancelation and no refund policy because we felt that it was an honest mistake by the buyer in this situation. Even after we refund the buyer quikly and the buyer had even expressed his gratitude for how easy it was refuned still felt the need to leave a negitive review and show his lack of appreciation.
